Shipping Policy

When to Expect Your Order

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. You will be notified via email on shipping and availability after the order is placed. Most items (excluding custom orders and items ending in DS) will be shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Additional time may be needed to ship furniture items. Item numbers ending in DS ship direct from the manufacturer and may take up to 14 business days to ship (we have no control over this). Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.

If your order is of a time sensitive manner (i.e., a gift needed by a certain date), please include that in the notes section when you place the order or email us at customercare@rusticbarnboutique.com to alert us. We will do our best to meet your timeline, and if unable, we will let you know in case you wish to have the order refunded.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND BACKORDER ITEMS

We continually strive to display the most current and accurate product inventory information.

In the event a product’s availability changes, you will be notified via email and provided with alternative options, including the option to request a refund. It is Rustic Barn Boutique's general policy to hold your order and ship immediately once our stock is replenished in the absence of customer direction otherwise. We will not automatically cancel your order.  We do our best to get your items processed and shipped quickly, but sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, a delay may occur and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Local Pickup Orders

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. You will be notified via email on shipping and availability after the order is placed. Most items (excluding custom orders) will be ready for pickup within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. You will be notified when your order is ready and will be instructed to text 513-310-1085 to schedule a time for curbside pickup.
